TA's Square Off in Battle of the Doors Christmas Contest

These prizes include a donut party, access to the gym for a week, and MIRP in the library.

First place gets to choose any one of the three and second gets to choose  one from the two prizes remaining. Third gets the final prize.

The judges of the door competition are the fifth grade ambassadors.

“I think it will take a week to a week in a half,” Seymour Rogers math instructor, Randy Stewart said. Spanish teacher, Kenia Macias thinks the hardest challenge is, “Getting all the students to participate”.

“This seems like a struggle to get them to come up with good ideas without a lot of help from adults,” sixth grade math teacher David Short said.

Marcus Callega, seventh grade science teacher at SRMS, thinks that his class really has the strength to win this challenge.

“Yes I do believe we can win this competition. We have a really good group of kids.”

Eighth grade pre-algebra instructor, Kyle Potts looks forward to taking down another teacher in the contest.

“If I were to pick one I would want to beat, it’s probably Watt, because we played football together,”Potts said.
